Angry pissed!!!!!!!!! need help

so i just got my truck back from the dealer they have had it for 5 weeks to change the lower ball joints.... got it back today drove a bit crawled under to check it out differential fluid down the whole passenger side.... the washers on the upper ball joints are broken they look like they need to be changed... there are two plastic rings that are loose i dont know what they are for... and the steering is still sloppy as ever.... tech said the steering feels normal for that truck its loose to me nothing has changed except the wheels are straight but i had no leaks before.... what should i do the dealership let me take the truck without paying to test it out and i am supposed to pay tomorrow....
and by the way the truck got on the rack at 0800 and was off at 1100 but i had to wait 5 weeks the truck was already messed up before i bought it so they were fixing it like it should have been... im so mad they billed me for the seals but i swear they are old.

Until they wear out. It depends on your driving conditions, highway driving, they should last a long time.

Take it back and usually your gonna have to go to the higher authority to get the work done. I had to do this one time and in about 20 min. my truck went from being outside for 5 weeks onto a lift. The service writer was draggin his rear and I went to the manager and just so happen a Ford rep was their evaluating the shop and it did help that I said I can't believe that my truck has been sitting in the same spot for 5 weeks and nothing is getting done. That service writer is no longer their.
