i think i will just talk to the owner and let him know how disgusted i am about the work that was done does anyone do a job right anymore? cutting corners is why i have had it less than 2 months and its been in the shop for 5 weeks i am begining to think that i have made a bad purchase is this just the begining

I think you've run across a bad service manager, like you said go to the owner and explain your troubles.
Of course don't go in there with both guns drawn though, most of the time they will be reasonable. If not, don't pay them and dispute through FOMOCO.

It took the local tire store Les schwabs one day.Well half day on a saturday.Only cost me 186 bucks too.Both front upper lower done deal no fudgen around.

I hope you paid on your credit card and not a debit or cash. Call the cc company and dispute the charge. Most banks consider paying with an ATM or debit card cash. If you give the PIN to the little machine, you as good as handed them cash and there is no way to dispute that.I learned the hard way.....

Sorry to hear that they screwed you. that sucks! keep grinding on the big boss and see if you can get something done. Don't be a dick to the big boss, cause if you came at them swinging, they will be defensive and less likely to help.

The reason why BJ's don't last on our trucks is because they aren't greseable. Unless you made sure they used MOOG BJ's you will be back having it done again. I would never do a BJ replacement with anything other than MOOG joints. Jack the front tire up and stick a prybar under it and see if you have play in the joint. Sounds like they didn't do anything. I would be pissed, but that is why I don't let anyone work on my truck!!! My truck doesn't wander, this guy is full of bull and he sure wouldn't be touching my truck!!! I wish you the best.

ok talked to the owner of the dealership today he was the only one in they were closed cause they lost power... i guess i was lucky to talk to him he told me that he appretiated my buisness and that he would get it taken care of and that he would have the service manager call me but he did not call yet.... i have not paid them yet so i am good there they can fix it right or no money lol i guess i will let yall know monday... also i checked my hubs and one was engaged and the other was not... i have the manual ones and the markings wore off but that is not excuse for a ford tech
