I'd swap in some 05-07 headlamp assemblies.

Just have to cut the header panel and get a wiring harness to install them.

Thanks for the tips I will try and find that post. Are there any good aftermarket lights that I can just plug in and go or should I stick with factory?

Anything other than OEM will probably leak. I replaced mine with the clear 2003 headlights, you can see pics in my sig. I did this back in 2003 and made a huge improvement. I also installed the upgraded GOS harness to my lamps get more power.

Just take aluminum polish and clean them, you'll be amazed at how much better they look.

Best headlight housings as far as light output possibilities is the clear 03-04. get factory or pro car's from Ebay. Then install Hella's harness with their 80-100w 4k Kelvin bulbs. Install their new Halogen Infra Red bulbs in the factory fogs and mod the switch to allow use with the high beams.

Don't install any headlight that uses a 9008-h13 blub..crap. The H13 is quite possibly the stupidest design for a bulb ever foisted on the public. The terminals are so small that they overheat, even at stock wattages, and melt the plastic housing of the connectors. Higher than stock wattage bulbs are offered, but not recommended .

istead of doing all that wiring why not just switch to HID bulbs? they would be brighter and use up less power
