Check your front end, ball joints, brake calipers, rotors, wheel bearings, tie rods, hubs, something is loose.

did all that already evertthing is tight sounds like its coming from trans area
but trans mount seems to be ok

Did you check the sway bar bushings or end link bushings?

I have a work truck that has had the start up thump for 40K miles now and it has not caused any problems.

I get a thump in my front end when i lock it in 4wd and turn is that normal

everything looks ok its just when i leave from a stop and if i dont ease on the gas it dose it, and its like a bang under the truck. i cant find and thing loose or broken but i noticed that the rear axle has alot of axle rap when you hit the gas is this normal?
