Odd Things...exhaust

I just bought this new exhaust and when i got it it wasnt the right one and i already had my stock exhaust cut into small chuncks (past repair) so i just put the down pipe on and didnt drive it very far or anything for a few weeks tell my new exhaust came! The drives were just to town and back! Now i got my exhaust all in and on it seems to be running way different! Like kinda funny! I got 4 inch from the turbo back by MBRP! I just dont know what to think! Its just kinda running funny i dont know how to describe it! Have any ideas? my truck is bone stock other then that! What you think am i just crazy? It seems like it almost ran better with just the downpipe! but idk am i crazy?
