Newbie Here...Looking to get an OASIS Report
Hello All,
I知 new to the board and I知 thinking of purchasing my first diesel. I just upgraded my membership to a Premium Member and I was wondering if someone can run an Oasis Report for me. The vehicle is a 2003 F250. The VIN# is 1FTNW21F43EB06302. Below is the link to the vehicle I知 interested in. What do you guys think? 胞rnest |

Howdy. I think I can help you with the Oasis report.
It tells me that this truck needs to get the cam position sensor replaced (free recall from Ford) The only other remarkable things it said is: VEHICLE DESCRIPTION 2003 F-SERIES BODY STYLE F-250 CREW CAB 4X4 ENGINE 7.3L TURBO - DI TRANSMISSION 4R100 4SP (DIESEL) AXLE CODE C1 WARRANTY START DATE 05/23/2003 BUILD DATE 10/18/2002 SALE MILEAGE 00440 0701 - USA 2005 NEW 84/75,000 PREMIUMCARE W/ROADSIDE ASSIST STANDARD DEDUCTIBLE: 50 USD OWNER NAME: CHRIS BORCHERT OPTIONS: $50,DED. EXPIRATION DATE: 05/23/2010 DISTANCE: 75,000 RENTAL: 28 UP TO 10 DAYS TOWING: 0 USD CONTRACT SOLD BY: USA 03669 ESP CONTRACT START DATE: 05/23/2003 OWNER OF VEHICLE MUST MATCH OWNER NAME ON OASIS FOR COVERAGE TO APPLY It (at least the "drivetrain")should actually have a 5/100,000 warranty, but the previous owner has bought some sort of extra coverage for the first 75K. I think the 75K warranty the previous owner bought was like the 3/36 bumper to bumper warranty, but lasts 75K instead of 36K. It may or not be transferable to you if you purchase the truck.. |
