I was reading it and thinking...if someone is not all that familiar with these motors, they may think the IC pipe was the one in question. It's right there, going to the turbo, and usually covered in oil.....

anyone got an underhood pic with an arrow pointing to all the pipes and what they are...for someone like me who doesn't know which one is which and what they all do.

Just went out and looked the oily pipe is the two that lead up to the turbo in front, I think that is the IC pipe. Right?

Thats the intercooler pipes a little oil and dirt on them is normal.

The pipes we are talking about are in back the go from the exhaust manifolds up to the turbo

They look kind of like this
