I am going to install a Water/Methanol kit on my Ex from Labonte Motorsports...I have one of their kits on my S/C 426 Hemi Dodge Magnum...great kit and great customer service

I expect the W/M injection will really help with the EGTs.

Just got back from lunch, truck sat from 7:30 till 12:30, upon start up egt 865 degrees
let idle 2 to 3 minutes started driving on freeway hard acceleration to 65 mph egt went to 1253 degrees at 10 psi of boost. After getting to 65 mph at 1850 rpms egt's came down to 956 at 2 psi of boost. When I returned to work I let the truck idle about 15 minutes and egt's got down to 760 to 765 degrees. All these measurments are with no tune turned on. I think thats is it guys, any suggestions on what is normal or what to monitor next.
Thanks
Ron Pope

Either your gauge is messed up or you have some other issues.

Sounds easy enough, thats what i need help with where should I start in determining if there is a gauge or so other issue, I think you mention up pipe leaks where and what do I look for there?

The up pipes go from the manifolds to the turbo. Look and see if there is black soot on them

There is oil and soot all over the pipe that goes from the manifold to the turbo.
That would indicate an up pipe leak

You are looking at the uppipes in the back of the motor, right?
Behind the turbo.

Where exactly is the probe mounted?
