I'm thinking everybody missed that part. there's has to be something wrong with the guage, though 1175 on a hard pull doesn't sound bad. When you say 800 at startup, what exactly do you mean? After sitting all night, or cruising down the highway?

After sitting all night and with a ambient temp of about 65 degrees.
On a hard acceleration the boost gauge reads arounf 7 to 8 psi then back down to around three max at 1800 to 2000 rpms on the freeway.

You should be getting more boost under hard acceleration, but your cruising boost sounds good. My truck runs about 600 on the pyro when warmed up cruising 65 mph/1800 rpm at 3 lbs boost.
