I have not looked under a 6.0. is it 3.5 inch pipes? is there a way to make a straight path to clamp the muffler in place? if so, then go for it!

No reason you can't use em on the 6.0s. They make a Walker in a 4 inch too but it's about 40 bucks more I think.

Yep the BTM kisn't made for a 99-03 PSD, so if you can make it fit, it will work. Just make sure you get the direction right as the indicators are easy to miss. I have read several that mounted it the wrong way!! NCH
