you want the best setup that will look show quality and be loud and you will never have an issue...

Buy a Viair tank and compressor combo.... you can pick them upi anywhere, thats what I did.... I have a quick release on the truck to add a air hose for tools and an air chuck too.... I run one line to that.... I have one line to my switch and gauge in the cab for my airbags.... and finally I have one to the horns...which I got at Street Beat Customs.... you can find them on the web and they have a great selection... and they aren't plastic garbage, they are chrome plated and they are metal....and they are loud as all hell

Recently there have been some REALLY good deals with Siege @ eBay....

BRASS Kong II's, Viair 380, 200psi, 3gal, COMPLETE Kits for @ $160.00!!!!!!

If you win one of these, Siege is Happy to "upgrade" the tank from a 3 to a 5 and a 3/8 valve to a 1/2 for very little extra so you end-up with a hell of a package for around $200 (that's just about what they get for the Viair 380 ALONE)

I have Grover Triple air/train horns, a 115volt air compressor filling 15 gallons worth of tanks...(sound clip is at bottom of this reply)

I wired it directly into the stock horn switch(steering wheel).

Here's my set-up:

Horns mounted in the custom Safari rack I fabricated.

I have the 115volt air compressor, air tanks, and everything else mounted inside this tool box.....the 10,000 watt inverter that powers the air compressor is mounted above the wheel well bump in the bed.

and because I SUPPER SIZED my set-up(not 12volt).....I can also run HEAVY DUTY air tools.

and also,...because I have the monster inverter....I can run ANYTHING 115v out of the back of my truck

BTW......I also hooked my air horns into my alarm system.

here's the vid.

O MY!! you are my new hero Tank!
