oil leak under turbo

i know this has been covered before but i havent been on in awhile so i dont remember it to much. im in a hurry and need to know why the bottom of the turbo is oily and there is oil running down the motor and dripping on the ground.
thanks for any help

well guess what....the turbo was loose
both bolts took about 1.5 turns very easily. the turbo would actually move alittle bit. what are the torque specs for the bolts?
