Steering Question

Hey fellas. First off, my truck has 151k on it. My steering is a little loose, not to bad but you know its there when you're driving. I was wondering if there is any way to tighten it back up? I'm about to put new ball joints in because they have some movement. Any suggetsions will be great!

Check out all the parts. If you have a loose ball joint, you will wonder no matter what you do.

Mine did this BAD when I first got it. Check here
