Clutch problem

alright...well, when I let the clutch out, the clutch pedal just shoots up towards me now, looks like the pushrod for the master cylinder is just pulling out and the spring is pulling the pedal up, then I can push it back down a little and get the pushrod to go back in and it'll stay like normal...anybody had this problem before?...I need to figure out how to fix it now ...i'm beginning to wonder how much I actually like this truck ...the clutch still works though...any suggestion?

Thanks,
Buck
