Blemishes on rims..how to fix?

My rims have spots on them where the clear coat has spider web blemishes on them, and a few spots where the coating is gone. Is there a way to restore this? Or alternate suggestions?
Thanks!

I know what you are talking about the spiderweb, almost looks more like worm trails. Thats corrosion under the clear coat so there is nothing you can do for it. Look into powdercoating them. Most places will charge $50 a wheel to blast and coat. Either pic a new color for the truck, or they also have clear powdercoat too.
