Oh sorry, didn't realize you were new. Here is a video, of someone installing the 10k resistor mod.....You could go ahead and try doing this mod if you want at the same time....But you will see where it is from the video...Simply unplug it....And drive around, if the problem cleared up, you have a bad icp sensor, if its still doing it....Than its something else, and you should plug your sensor back in. 99-03 7.3L 10K resistor mod - VIDEO! |

Wow, no codes?.....The pressure actually drops at WOT....I guess that would be a thing to check as well, if your fuel pressure is dropping too much at WOT than it may display symptoms like you are describing.
