squeal when turning

Been trying to diagnose this noise for a while now. When I turn left at a moderate speed and the vehicle weight shifts to the passenger side I get a squealing noise from the front drivers side wheel. It doesn't happen all the time just intermidently. I have geased all the spots on the front end and this only gave slight imrovement. My next job (tommorrow) is to jack up the front end and check the wheels for any play. I am just looking for any tips or suggestions on what this could be.

Thanks

wheel bearings loose, hanging caliper. how many miles does your truck have these wheel bearings in the SD's are garbage. its about 275$ on ebay to replace em both. I have a free wheel hub conversion so bearing changes only cost me about 45$.
