do you need?

do you need a drop pitman arm with a 4in. lift?

I would have to say yes. When I put my leveling kit on, my axle set out to the side about an inch until it settled. I assume my pitman arm was pulling it to the side.

That should have been the trackbar/trackbar bracket pulling it to the side.

to be clear im talking about steering not the track bar bracket ive been told half and half some say i need it others told me i dont

Yes, you need it. You also need a replacement trackbar/bracket. The angle the steering will be at will be completely jacked without a drop pitman. The centering of the axle will also be tweaked to the pass side by 2 or more inches without a relocation bracket and or an adjustable trackbar.

i already have an adjustable track bar wasnt sure on the pitman arm
