I dont have the list, I know i have the prep package, and I have the camper package....But none of the ford techs know anything about if the block comes with one of the packages, and my truck still sits higher overall than other stock f350s with the camper package.

I would be little concerned about blocks on the front. They are not exactly legal in most states so I wonder where they came from. I have never herd of ford putting them on at the factory but it seems that every truck is a little different. I would take them off the front if it was me, I would not like the added leverage on the front end but again, that is me.

Try to do a search for front end lift blocks, you will not find them.....You will find mini spring packs, add a leafs, spring packs and relocation brackets. That should tell you something right there.
