Post I Need More Persuassion On Mileage

I had put in a thread earlier about high mileage. I had gotten positive feedback from some of our brothers here @ the forum, which was greatly appreciated. Now I'm down to 40 miles before I reach 100k. I need as many people here on the forum to tell me how many miles they have (over 100k) with modifications. Even some videos of our members using their 100k+ rigs doing burnouts, quarter miles, or some serious street cruising with their mods would give me some better persuassion. I've gotten to the point where I've even been using the Old Lady's car('07 V6 Mustang) to run errands I'd usually use Heavy for(I know, it's sad). What I'm trying to say is: I need a good kick in the arse to keep lovin' my baby! Thanks, bros/sis'!

I don't have any videos, but my 95 I had is still going strong and has over 260,000 miles. I have seen them with 500,000+ with no problems. As long as you keep the maintenance up you are set. You are just now getting it broke in. Here is a pic of my 95 I use to have.
It is now owned by GMDuraturd on this forum.

My 2000 stroke has 204,000 miles on it and the engine is in just as good of condition as my uncles with 88,000. The only problem with my truck is the tranny is burned out from the guy who owned it before me, ran it too hot with a chip.

What does 100K miles mean. You don't have a warranty anyway so theres nothing to loose. Think of it this way, It's gone 100K miles why not another 100K, well since it will go to 200K why not 400K and so on...

come on man!!!!!!!!!!!!!
put a chip on it, blow some smoke, and grin for another 500k miles!!!!!!!!
i talked to a dealer that said this guy he knew used his 00" to pull 3-4 cars on a gooseneck to canada from ky. and had 300k mi. on the truck and put a chip on it for an extra umph and the truck lasted to around 500k!!!
but he pulled a 30 or 40 foot goose neck or 5th wheel idr since 00" when it was new!!!!!
dont worry bout it !!!!!!!!!!

100 K ?? I drive my truck as much as I can because the miles (to me) dont matter. I have 116,xxx on it, I would take it across the country if I have the chance and never think twice.
