Help flashing check engine light

I have 99 F350 7.3 . My code reader brought up P1274 #4 low to high side open. My Haynes manual dosnt cover that. If any body has had this probalem please share. What they did to correct. The truck runs fine after a while. But shut it down fire it up same cutting out at a stop the truck surges the Rs pick up and i have got to hold it back after a second or two of that it will cut out and stall but start rigt back up. It is realy driving my crazy nothing worse than people iooking at youre truck at a stop and then it takes a krap.
THANK YOU
DALE

I would try using the search feature. Thats how I found that. It is a lot faster than sitting and waiting for someone to answer.
