What is everybody's consensus? Who will run this and is it safe?

water meth

I have the Snow performance one. looks just like Banks except the controller.I wish I did the math before buying it. look at the cost for meth.. and the cost of fuel savings. you go through 7 gallons of water-meth for about 150 miles. the meth in socal is $25 for 5 gallons, cost for distilled water is about $1 a gallon. so to filled the 7 gallon tank at 50-50 cost $21. and you only see about 3 miles per gallon increase.. yes it drops the EGT and keeps everything nice and clean. but get it to keep your EGT down and not for MPG. I now only use it when pulling a long hill or anytime to keep the EGT down..

if I remember correctly I saw 200 degrees drop, I was looking for an increase in MPG. that is why I got it. don't tow that much, just a boat to lake havasu..

Check out Cooling Mist...

Better injectors, better pumps and better controlers...

Use water injection to control EGT's... Nothing else.

I've been running it for 8-10 years now, well over 200k... It doesnt "drop" egt's as much as it stops them from going up. With the water on, I can stop the egt gauge at 1100* period.

However with todays tuning, I dont have an egt issue anymore and rarely use it.
