I guess I forgot to mention, I made out pretty good in the deal. I got out of the car and they got a car. That lemon law that we have here in Ohio is really great. As I was turning the car in, one of there salesmen had the balls to try to sell me a new darango! I really like that Explorer I got.

I had a car salesman pretend to be a "good guy" one time.....he had a necklace with a cross around his neck and said he was a minister and all. Maybe he was, but if that's the case do you think he would feel bad at the end of the day after he made a sale or two knowing that he bent over the customer???

Exclamation Good Guy

Good point! I'm a believer myself and I can understand why a large amount of our doctors, cops and fire fighters are. But a new or used car salesman, It's not for me to judge. I would watch my backside closely.

I didn't know what to think of him. I just went along with it. I had no intention of buying anyway, I was just taking a drive in an 04 cummins just to see what they had.

magnumsum-moss warrenty law

look it up on the web. it says that the dealer cant refuse or void ur warranty unless they can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the aftermarket accessory has caused the failure in whatever broke. i have my dealer kissing my butt because i walked in with a copy of the law and told them what the penalties were if they jerked me around. its bad for them to be listed as law breakers in the BBB registry. pardon the spelling i know i suck at it.

Hey Wes, I can't say enough about the BBB. I called Bank of America today to close my account and thank them for leaving me out to dry in my case with Ford. I also had to rub there nose in the CPS recall action thats rolling now. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought I could start a recall and have a responce in two months. A Federal Government agency moving faster than private, if you can call it that, business. Here's another case to show that we don't have to take crap from the big guys.
