EBP plug

So I'm installing new manifolds. My ebp was removed ages ago.
Up until now, just had hole in exhaust manifold where pipe had broken.
Anyone know what could plug the hole with on new manifold? I figured just a short bolt.
I had considered installing an EGT gauge in truck. Think this threaded hole work for sending unit? Not really sure where best location is for them. But already threaded hole much more tempting than drilling and tapping.

7.3l DRW F350 4x4. stock, with exception of Airbags on rear, bilstein all around and 26k 5th wheel hitch. K&N filter for good measure.

dont try this at home kids!
