CEL coming on randomly while driving... Thoughts?

So my CEL has randomly been coming on and then going back off right away. I tried using a scanner to see if there were some stored codes but there were no codes. It mostly comes on when the motor is under a good amount of load but it also randomly comes on other times too.

Any Ideas what might be going on?

who knows could be p1211 or possibly p0603.
hard to tell.
p1211 is injection pressure above/below desired. so hpop not keeping up.

the p0603 is just overboost.

are you running stock tuning?

No im running a dp tuner with custom tunes. My truck has stage 1 single shots, RR fuel system, ported compressor housing, intake and exhaust. I dont think it would be over boosting cuz it comes on in both low boost and high boost situations. Do I need to find a better scanner to check for codes again?
