New to PSDs, how does this one look?

Hey guys, I'm new to the site and new to PSDs as well. I've got a Chevy 1500 now which I'm trying to sell in favor of a 3/4 ton diesel, and for now the PSD is winning over the others. I prefer the power that the newer Cummins has, but I like the 4-door cab on the Ford. So here's what I've found:

A 2002 F-250, crew cab short bed, in really great condition. 80k miles, everything stock, 4x4, has been owned by a 60 year old tea importer. The interior looks new and the outside is almost as good with one little 1" square 'scuff' near the 4x4 sticker on the right side. It will need new tires. I test drove it and it drove great. Here's a couple of pictures:

He's asking $18,500. I think that's about a grand high, what do you guys thing? Also, how about the truck itself, is it a good choice?

Thanks for the help, guys!

I first posted this in the other 7.3 forum, couldn't figure out how to move it so I posted it again in the correct forum. Maybe a mod could obliterate the other one? thanks...

I would be looking to pay somewhere around 15, for a truck like that...I got mine for 16,500 and mine only had 35K miles on it...But its a regular cab.

The truck is a good find... 7.3 with low miles. I'd make him an offer that you are comfortable with.
