Conflicting numbers! need proper torque settings GP and Injectors

I have been searching for a while and keep getting conflicting numbers on some of the torque settings for my 02 7.3 f250. I have to change my glow plugs and I know some will say just make her snug or tight but if I am going to the trouble I would feel better about spending the extra few minutes to get "closer"

On the glow plugs I have read either 14nm and 14 ftlb which is obviously about a 4lb difference....which is it.

What is the proper torque setting on the injectors? I am leaving them in and only changing my plugs but thought about checking all while in there.

Is there a place through ford where all these and more are listed that I am not finding due to weak search fu?

Now that is some dedication to strip things down and take off the valve cover to get me that picture.....no seriously though thanks to both of you for the quick answer. I wonder why so many places list it as 14nm? Oh well I am confident in 14 now!
