Potential new 03/7.3, Carfax question

Looking at perhaps purchasing an 03 F-350 7.3, very well maintained low mile, 1 owner vehicle, all maintanance done by original Ford dealer etc... The question I have is upon pulling a complete Carfax, there is one inspection that shows the following-

Vehicle serviced
Camshaft position sensor replaced
Engine/powertrain computer/module checked
Body computer/module checked

My question is the fact that the camshaft position sensor was replaced anything to worry with (indicative of any other issue)?

My gut says not to worry, just tossing the question out for some more knowledgeable input.

there is nothing to worry about it, the camshaft sensor is one of the most common things to go on the 7.3 I think it was recalled by ford a while back. Sounds like a good truck.
