my 00 gets 18.2 trip comp. hand calc is 17.9 my truck has 4.10 gears in it. and the fuel tank i think is 35 gallons. I say that cause I don't let the tank get below 1/4 and a fill up is like 25 gallons

So is your milage mostly stop and go, I work 4 miles from home and there is 11 stoplights inbetween.

36 gallon tank and it could either have a 3.73 rear end or the 4.10. I have a 2002 w/the 3.73, and I get 15.6 right now but I'm mostly in the city. Make sure you change your fuel filter at least twice a year (preferably once in fall and once in spring) that seems to help mine.

You must have 3:73, as I have the 00 dually 4x4 and run about 15 around town, I can get 16 max on highway if I crawl at 2000 rpm's or less.
