Best price on fuel & oil filters

Are there any sponsers or websites to get fuel filters and oil filters at a good price? Locally the only place that has them in stock all the time is Napa and the dealer they about $30.00 each. I think it's rediculous since I see only 50 PSD's a day here in Utah, why wont anyone stock them?

I have seen some cheap ones on ebay 3 for $30 with shipping for fuel filters with new seals but they dont say what brand so I am little nervous about getting them.

I like FleetFilter.com and Filter1 Wix heavy duty engine, oil, automotive, truck, and tractor filers.

Filter 1 does free shipping on $50 or more. These 2 places both sell WIX filters only.
