Question Door Ajar ???

Is there a way to disable it??? Without pulling the door panels or cutting a bunch of wires???

Clean the latches on all your doors. I use brake cleaner because it evaporates. Then I use a dry lubricant. Usually solves any problems with the door ajar light on.

Ok thanks, but I want to disable it so the light doesn't come on when I open the door at night. If I want the light to come on I can use the dimmer switch on the dash.

How can I turn the lights out????

See if this helps you out. I didn't try it yet, but I'm after the same thing.
I hate to say it, but I'd like a button switch like the....cough, cough.....chevys
Please let me know if you figure it out.
If I get a chance and get it done, I'll post the details.

Yes but it disables the radio and the shifter switch on the brake pedal. Anyone know how to disable this thing.

ok so none of the "techs" (self proclaimed or actual "techs") on here know how to disable this dinger??? I am sure it can't be much more "difficult" than disabling the seat belt or key dinger???
