mine is a early 99 so it has the "wicked wheel" already stock...but i still get surge when towing my enclosed I always have to lift off the throttle

An aftermarket intercooler should stop the back pressure not to mention lower your EGT.

I have the same problem. flutter goes away when i let off and if i get into it more it seems like. Where is a good place to get the WW?

no extra boost... I have the wicked wheel and on my aggressive tow file i still get surge/flutter

it will eventually grenade the turbo ... I always let up on the throttle when it starts

I"ve been on powerstroke.org for over a year and this is the first time ive posted, well i have been on and off just to read up on different things, but anyways how do you make a new thread? i have had a few problems and would like to ask about them?
