fog light bulb change on a 01 f 350

How do i acsess the back of the fog lights on an 01 f350, mine arent workin and i want to check them

just reach behind them and twist them a quarter turn and they should pop right out.

I cant seem to reach them,maybe my hands are to big. I finally thought to check the fuse and it was missing so in one went and they work,,, but i would like to put in a different bulb [brite white]

take the grill off. 4 screws on the top and 4 snap clamps on the bottom.

I gotta figure out why mine dont work too... where was the fuse that was missing for you? I thought all were good when I checked.

bottom of the fuse block right side,dont know why mine was missing but it was
