This might be the problem. I would tend to agree with the other guys. Sounds like an injector o-ring. I have seen multiple 7.3 engines with 250,000+ miles with no problems. My 95 was one of them. When I worked at the Ford dealership I had one guy come in with 534,900 miles on his and was completely stock except a couple injectors. Excellent engine in the right hands.

WELL DID YOU GET HER FIX YET?AND I THINK THE OTHER GUYS ARE SAYING PUT THE CUMMINS IN IT.VERY COSTLY AND THE WIRIND IS A NIGHTMARE.BUT CAN BE DONE. JUST NEED TIME AND $$$.
