uh oh...p1211

Getting on it hard this morning and got a p1211 low/ high desired icp pressure. Ive noticed that I have had a power loss, have to get in throttle little more then I used too to even get the truck moving. I was watching my throttle position %, icp pressure and ipr %. At 80% throttle the ipr % jumps to 45% and icp will go from 2600 psi to 2000 psi, and sometimes all the way to 1000 psi and I still dont have it wot. I have tried to get it above 2600 psi but it wont, just falls down to 1000psi. I have had no issues with starting hot or cold, no fuel in oil and loss of power with lots of black smoke in o.d. when I stomp on it. i feel like its my HPOP but would like to know what else it could be.

ICP drops to 1000psi?! What is the duty cycle like at that point?

Not sure, I keep the icp psi on all the time but not the duty cycle. Ipr duty cycle I turned on after I saw it go 1000 psi. Then I ran the truck again and got the pressure drop to 2000 psi / 45% ipr, didnt push it further because I dont want to damage the truck. I figured that was enough beating on it. The hpop has 253000 miles on it.

A p1211 comes on when the truck at WOT cant maintain above 2100 psi on the ICP, from what read in a forum. Other than a weak hpop, what else would pressure to drop that low or keep dropping at WOT?
