That is an Old school zener diode boost fooler. It is all part of the banks kit on your truck.

Froggie loves the idea, I don't. I noticed a decent amount of low end power gain when I went to a blow off type of fooler. Now I run a regulator style from ITP and it is by far the best one I have run.

The pump I am running is a Walbro GSL392.

My traction bars made my truck launch so much harder and better on the drag strip and for the first time ever, I had no wheel hop on the sled pulling track.
