looks fine to me, is just says you have no warranty, and its had 2 after warranty adjustmenst back when it was so isnt eligible for anymore , get the cam sensor recall done

AWA after warranty adjustment , is a secial program used by dealers to help out customers that have had problems , or are very good customer , like trans falls out at 36,200 miles , they can call ford and ford may decide to help pay a portion
