Anyone tried/heard a 'Supertrapp' muffler on a 7.3?

I need to mellow out the harshness of the straight pipe. Anyone running a Supertrapp muffler?

I was thinking something similar to this:
SuperTrapp: Performance Exhaust

Thanks.

I'm thinking about trying a HushPower muffler on my Dodge, as a straight exhaust, it sounds nice, but can be annoying sometimes.

Harsh? 7.3?

Mine is a kitten without a muffler and down right tame with a magnaflow and 12x5in tip. Even at WOT on a dyno, I hear the turbo over the exhaust.

Mine's a kitten too.. with the windows up. It sounds like the supertrapp is a bad idea. I was just hoping not to have to cut everything to put in a muffler, and the idea of just putting only as many discs in as needed to minimize restriction was appealing.

I'd have to say not a good idea. I wasn't trying to be an a$$, I've honestly haven't heard a true "street" 7.3 that was loud unless you have dual 6in+ stacks.

6.0's bark like angry dogs just driving around, but a 7.3?

I am debating the walker BTM and a straight pipe. Not sure yet.... i have heard 7.3s with straight pipes and they sound good but i am scared it will be too loud when the family gets in and we go to the lake. I like the noise but the family does not!
