need help lost boost

got a 2000 powerstroke i have a small chip and a turbo upgrade. the past few weeks ive been loosing boost and my egt have been getting to high. did a leek check and found nothing wrong with the intake and the turbos fine. really need some help.

sounds like a boost leak to me. check the up pipes and intercooler boots

turbo is a week old and i put 15 psi on the intercooler, pipes, and intake and couldnt find anything

exhaust leak? would that cause the same issues?

No but if the cat is clogged up, assuming you have one, this would make you lose boost also.

2000 = no cat

sounds like an exhaust leak.

Check your uppipes since you just did the turbo. Also, did you put the big O ring on the intake side of the charger?

its streight piped and i cant find any carbon at any of the joints between the manifold and the turbo. but what about the ebp sensor the line was stopped up could that do it.
