New to me 7.3, I came from a 6.4. Pics!

Well I sold my 6.4 in my sig for a 7.3 lariat CCSB 2x4. She only has 98k miles! Clean interior too, couldn't believe I found this truck!New to me 7.3, I came from a 6.4. Edit with new pics, got the windows tinted 5%, removed the running boards and high profile tool box was swapped for a low profile tool box, and DVD navigation radio unit was installed too. I swapped all the stereo stuff from my 08 into this truck.

Got the air tank mounted using the running board brackets, they worked great for mounting the air tank! Now I just have to find a place for the train horns!

I checked the air filter and the previous owner had the date 5/12/07 written on the filter! So I put my 6.4 afe filter on there until the afe drop in filter comes in from UPS. Eventually I'll get the AIS intake system

Not sure what the last pic is- if it's a brake controller or for air helper bags?

I'm un schooled on the 7.3's so I'll be reading and searching this section for a while. Intake exhaust and 6 position chip will be in the future, I have an edge CTS insight already. This truck is bone stock, 1 owner!

Nice score there. 01 by the looks of it? If so be careful if your building big power because the 01-03 7.3s had powdered metal rods instead of forged, other than that just stock up on CPS's and you should be good to go for another 150,000+ miles

Don't forget the 6.0 trans cooler. Probably the best bang for $ upgrade as far as visible results go. I spent $150 on a used cooler and saw a 50* drop in trans fluid temps.

Good looking '01 - Congrats!!

If I may ask, why did you want to come to a 7.3L? Your 6.4L was a good looking truck too!

Really?? Someone must have replaced the ashtray with the lame-arse bag hook. What does your cupholder look like. Does the top pop up or does the bottom pop down?

Good looking truck man. Get a decent deal on it? That's an older tekonsha trailer brake control.
