Unhappy Scratching my head on chip

2002 7.3... I had a super chip for a little bit then I upgraded to a DP set up... With super chip I ran a 15.8, with the DP I can't get it below 16.2.... No boost leaks I'm pushing 27psi... All vitals good.. Any input would be appreciated.. I'm kinda disappointed to tell you the truth

That's a first for me, canned tuners run faster than custom ones!

DP with what tune? if you're truck is all stock you may actually make less power on the 120 or 140 tunes. I tested it when I was auto, consistently almost a full second slower than with 80. I'm an E99 with a somewhat weak HPOP

could be all sorts of things, before blaming Jody and the folks at DP start with the simple things like tire pressure. You wouldn't believe how much tire pressure can affect drag times.

Let me know when you are able to test fuel pressure as we talked about. We will help get this figured out for you.

Possible that the tranny is slipping a little with the added power?
A small amount of slip would be difficult to notice, but it would show up at the track.

What were the the mph of the two days?
