Need new key cylinders

I am just fishing here, but i need to replace the ignition, tailgat, and door locks on my 2001 F-250. It was stolen by someone, then recovered BY ME, and the thieves have a set of keys and remote. Ford wants $60 each for a new door cylinder, and I cannot get a all new set of ignition and doors to match so I will have different keys. If anyone has a set laying around that they want to trade, I would be greatly appreciative, or i will buy them outright. The changout is just for my peace of mind, as I am sure the thieves lost the keys already and don't care. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. --mark

You can get them at parts america, about 70 bucks for the ignition and 46 for the doors. If, and thats a big if, you could find a newer pickup in the boneyard, and it has keys, 99-03 door cylinders should work in your truck. If I'm not mistaken your pickup uses a transponder in the key for the ignition. The Ford dealer should be able to reprogram it so the old keys and remote will no longer work.
