Little louder?

whats going on guys im looking to make my truck a little louder right now i have the cat back MBRP 4 inch exhaust with muffler delete.. my friend was telling me do a turbo downpipe?

can anyone confirm that and if so where do i get it ? how hard is install?
anyone have videos of this?

what are some pros and con to running something like that? sorry for the many questions just new to all this diesel stuff

i can just buy the pipe then connect it to my current exhaust right? dont have to change the whole thing? how much would the downpipe run?
