Fuel Filter ????
Early 99' PSD do they have frame mount fuel filter or just the one on top of the engine??????

Only the top one, unless you count the crappy thing in the tank that has little screens in it that can get stopped up. I highly recommend removing it and doing the tank and prepump filter mods, may save you if you get a bad load of fuel plus helps keep the air out of the injectors and makes the factory filter last longer. Hard plastic type stuff, not glass. Seems pretty durable and mounted where I have mine it would be very hard to hit it with something.
