106k mile 7.3

so i bought my first 7.3 the other day , couple things i found odd ....1 , there was a corrosion type green stuff on top of motor and kinda running down front of motor (not a actual liquid but a corrosion yellow greenish stain) it looked like cooked up coolant ....next i noticed a good amout of oil residue on very top of motor around all the wire harness and plugs in front of the turbo .....anyone seen this or know what it could be ? the engine has almost no blowby and no active leaks that i have noticed so far , runs smooth and sounds good to me , i was just wondering if i should be concerned .....

Wash it out real good then recheck it out a week or so later.

Oil residue around driver valve cover could be the CCV O-rings are bad.

Plug in front of turbo is probably the turbo to pedestal O-ring leaching to the plug. I've never heard or seen the plug leak.
