Bio -diesel

I need info. I wan to use bio fuel in my 2000 ford f250 7.3l. Im going to making a trip from ca to Mi and back in sept when i get back from Iraq. And i found alot of fuel stations that carrie bio. But they say things like b100, b5 and so on. Can i run all these types of fuels in my truck. With out moddifing it? Please any info would be greatly appreciated thanks.

yes you can run all types of bio.

just carry an extra fuel filter with you, if you have never run bio before it might clean out your tank and clog the fuel filter. new filter and 5mins later and your on the road again.

yeah, search Bio diesel on the forum and read through all the threads. I guarantee you find what your looking for. the number after the B is the percentage of BioD to regular diesel

Yes, Bio- WILL clean out varishes in your tank and lines and you WILL clogg a filter fast the first few hundred miles. Carry 2 spare filters. The first filter change will occure soon after you start using bio- the second one may or may not happen so soon.
