Yeah, it will work with pretty much any of them. The foil delete is where you take the foil insulation off of the CAC tube. You will see it if you open the hood and look at the CAC tube on the driver's side. Pretty obvious once you look at it. It just makes it pretty

I'm not very familiar with the airraid but if you know what the zoodad IS then you'll know if it'll work. It's simply cutting a hole in the radiator support on the drivers side so there is more airflow through the area between your radiators and battery (normally into the airbox)

The foil delete is taking the sound deadening foil/insulation off of the intercooler downpipe (going from the turbo to the intercooler up front) It makes the turbo's "whistle" noise more audible, and looks better.

Hope this helped some.

Also, fill out your signature so we know what kind of truck you have, year, what's done to it, etc. And you can also search for these kinda topics there are always questions being answered.

the Zoodad mod won't give the same effects on a open air element that it does on the stock snorkel intake. In stock mode you have a ram air effect where the air is directed to the filter element, with a open air filter the zoodad will simply lower the air temp from the engine compartment, which isn't a bad thing, but you probably won't see the S.O.P. difference many do with a stock or AIS intake.
