Max EGT?

I did a quick little 0-60 earlier today on the Street setting on my chip. Even though I didn't completely floor it, my EGTs got a little over 1000, I didn't like it that high so I backed off. I'm just curious how high your EGTs can get with it still being safe.

I've cruised for hours at 1000-1100* without issue.

International says 1250* sustained is fine.
