Edge Evolution, Valve Body??

Alright first of all I know the general opinion on this tuner on here is not liked as much as custom tunes. I got a good deal on it and have read plenty of positive things to give it a try, so its going on the truck. I know with the added power can cause increased trans temps, there is a feature on the tuner to turn down or up line pressure. I want to give my trans as much help as I can, should I put a valve body in as well to get more fluid flowing? I have read that the tuner adding pressure and the valve body adding pressure may be a bad combo? Thoughts???

Its the 15001. So you ran just the tuner on the stock trans? Any info on whether the valve body would be good addition or hurt things or a waste of money.

I've got the CTS, and it doesn't offer any options on ramping line pressures... I'd get a bts or a john woods. Cheap insurance compared to a 3k$ trans rebuild... I try to use my tunes as little as possible. When I do use the edge tunes if I'm going on a highway trip I turn it to extreme (best mpgs?) And in the city I use the stock mode (prolong tranny life).

Anyway, a little extra flowing, higher pressure trans fluid certainly can't hurt!

I have the 15001.you gotta toy with the shift firmness a little.i messed around with mine and got some help from another guy and got it dialed in really nice.i let mine set on 1 for now just for the boost in towing power.once I need a tranny rebuild then ill set it on 2 for towing.
