Planning doing some serious work to the truck and need suggestions

So I work at an international dealer so i get my engine parts for really cheap.

so far my list to do is...
-Full Turbo rebuild with new washers bushings and wheel
-ATS ported shroud hosing
-new orings for injectors and turbo pedestal maybe a EBPV delete
-Chip
-HPOP rebuild

and for my trans im between the BD valve body or the BTS valve body and i have no clue which one to get. I want to firm up my shifts a bit and overall improve the quality first if im gonna add any power
